Hi, from much experiece I would advise you not to cater your own wedding. On your wedding day you need to feel like its your day and about the guest. Its about you and your future husband. There are many inexpensive caterers out there. Try a local resturant. As a last resort see if family can do it. Dont do it yourself. I have had even my own clients want to do this and I have ended doing it for them so they could enjoy there day. You have to set it up, clean it up, serve it, and tend to others needs throughout the entire dinner hour of the wedding. I hope you can reconsider your options and the best of luck to you.
