Horrible Service

I just wanted to say that my family and I experienced the worst customer service with David`s Bridal. Location in Baton Rouge, LA on Bluebonnet Blvd. The kept getting the orders wrong shipping the wrong dresses and shoes. My Aunt who is getting married received a call saying her shoes were in when in fact she already had hers. Her sister went in to pick up flower pins that were ordered of which they were refusing because their computers showed they had already picked them up. After much frustration and waiting for them to check on this issue, they discovered that the pins were left on their delivery truck and told her they would LET her have one pin while the other pin was in route. They offered no apologies, was very curt and have not said anything to us about the repeated mistakes on their part dispite our feedback. We will NEVER use David`s Bridal again or refer anyone else.
