St. Louis Pole Dance

I really recommend classes with Michelle Mynx. We are so lucky to have her in St. Louis. She performs with Gravity Plays Favorites all over the world, and she also guest teaches classes. She really focuses on the acrobatics, but progresses only as people are ready. It`s really an aerial art with her. Plus, she`s about the funnest person I know.
