Mitzvah Candy And Under The Sea Theme

I have candy themed mylar and latex balloons, and under the sea themed decorations. If you need any ideas, please ask, as both daughters recently had their bat mitzvahs.

Hi, I know this is an old post but I am planning an under the sea Bat Mitzvah, and am at a lose of what to do. Place cards and invites I have. What did you use for centerpieces and also did you give out gifts to the girls with an under the sea theme. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
