Here’s how it works: If you decide to celebrate your wedding at The Thatched Cottage in Centerport, New York, The Thatched Cottage will transfer our total deposit of $13,000 to your new wedding contract. When you sign your contract at The Thatched Cottage premises, we are asking you to pay us $10,000 by certified local bank check. The remaining $3,000 is yours free and clear to spend on your wedding!
