Hi, if you wish to learn fruit and vegetable carving, you can have courses in thailand.
I`ve done 3 carving courses at S.I.T.C.A. ( Samui Institute of Thaï Culinary Arts ) on " Koh Samui " Island ( golf of siam ) and i enjoyed it.
In a few weeks , the Hotel Papillon resort will propose a special package: Hotel + Fruit carving courses at SITCA + ( eventualy ) thaï cooking courses
