Help: Centered Around How To Make Wise Decisions

I am putting a game together where the people will be processing "how to make a wise decisions" and I want them to scavenger things at the same time think about what wise decisions are and how to make them. To give you an idea where I am going here: get a newspaper online or purchase one-go to 3 areas of it and find where someone has made a wise choice and one that was not a wise choice. 2.Name 2 organizations where it was started because of someone else`s poor decision.
