House of Brides is a scam.Placedorder 11/27. They charged my account 11/29. Poor customer service. "We`ll leave a message". They are the largest bridal company, but they can`t track a package? Hundreds of calls to the. 3 weeks later I called to find out status of the dress and rec`d an email one hour later saying theycouldn`t get the dress. I have filed w/ the Better Business Bureau, a dispute with my bank and I will continue to cause a ruckus with this company. I urge everyone else to do so.....Refer to the website "House of Brides-pissed consumer" Look at the complaints. I am still waiting for the return cost of my purchase. Funny how they can charge you so quickly, but I`m still waitng. This is a horrible company. Forward to all the friends you have around the world about this site.
