White Ostrich Feather Centerpieces

Please help!!! I am getting married January 15, 2011 and I desperately want the Ostrich Feather Centerpieces. I am in Toronto and need 12 centerpieces. I want the complete kit with lights for the Eiffel tower vases. My issue is that shipping and duty from the States to Canada Is extraordinary. I can drive to Buffalo if anyone knows of a place that sells them there or a place in Toronto. Please someone help!!
