Renting A Big House With Huge Backyard For Wedding?

I would love to have my small wedding at a beautiful rented house near the beach, lake...or one that has an amazing backyard, etc. I live in Los Angeles...and it would need to be in LA County or Orange County. Help!! Thanks!
