My Wedding

I just had my wedding. I would like to share my experience with all of you. I am so upset after seeing my wedding video. Although it was a rush & didn`t have time to lose the weight, now I regret not losing the pounds. I think to myself that this video will forever be, and I looked so fat. We cannot lie to ourselves, as long as we feel good then it`s okay. But, if you want to lose weight, do it now!!! Please, try not to go what i went through.
