Flip Flop Inflatables In Magnolia, TX - TERRIBLE

The Worst experience ever!! Do Not Use These People!! First they told me they would drop it off at 10am Saturday and pick it up Sunday morning which was perfect for my party. Then at 9:30 PM the night before she called me and told me she was going to pick it up at 6pm (my party didn`t start til 3PM!) She finally said she would leave it til 7pm. Well they didn`t show up until 1pm to set up on Saturday. Then the kids started jumping and her son ordered everyone out of the moonwalk because he though he may have dropped a $100 bill somewhere. Took down the moonwalk to try and look for it and then and hour later finally gave up and reinflated the moonwalk and left. Then they come back at 6:00pm to pick it up when they said the night before they wouldn`t be there til 7pm. I told him not to come back til 7pm which he reluctantly did. A nightmarish experience and horrible customer service!!
