Hi Nichole. I am getting married in Aug. Of next year and I am having a disney theme also. I wanted my bridal party (females) to be different disney princesses. I am in the dallas-ft. Worth area and am having trouble finding dresses. Have you gotten any suggestions that I may be able to use here? And don`t listen to anyone insulting you. It`s your special day and you can do whatever you want.

Thanks! I don`t want the girls to look Mid Evil so i am using Empire style dresses all in different colors, and they are wearing little crowns and other things that would set them apart as the princesses. What type of dress are you wearing?

I haven`t gotten my dress yet. But i have a lot of front runners! I am going like Cinderella so my dress is going to be Blue. I have been looking more at Prom Dresses then wedding dresses. I have found that most prom dresses could pass very easily for wedding gowns. And since i want color MUCH MUCH cheaper. You can e-mail me with anymore idea`s/ questions: AvsSmurf@aol.com

"I have been looking more at Prom Dresses then wedding dresses. "

Let`s learn the difference between the use of "then" and "than". Let`s also learn when and when not to capitalize words within a sentence (Prom Dresses?). You are a grownup getting married so you really should learn grownup grammar and spelling.

I am still trying to find dresses for this theme. I have one dress maker willing to do this for 500.oo each dress, which is crazy. I might just go with the costumes. Any help?

I had a friend with a similar problem. She wound up finding patterns for adult-sized Disney dresses (McCall`s or some company) and then hired a seamstress. It reduced a lot of her stress in searching!

You may want to try a costume/wardrobe shop that sells hollywood costumes and wardrobe from past movies. If you have any questions you may contact me at www.exquisiteaffairs.com

Hello all you princesses out there. I`m a professional seamstress, and I specialize in unique designs for brides and the rest of the wedding party. As I don`t know the level of detail on the gowns that Kim was quoted on, I can`t say if $500 is excessive or not. The price would depend on the choice of fabrics, size of the attendants *larger maids require more fabric, simple fact* and a few other things.
If any of you are interested in having me work up a quote, please email me at designer@acouture.com which is my other business. I`m also a Professional Wedding Consultant in the Western New York/Western PA area, so we`re available to help take the stress out of your day. Good luck, and may all your dreams come true!!
