Would It Be Ok?

My husband and I are planning an Italian themed renewal ceremony...what I am wondering is since Italian food can get expensive and also that some people don`t care for Italian food,do you all think it would be ok to have the theme in the ceremony and reception but just have maybe three or four Italian food items and the rest have other types of food? Also, If I did this,I wouldn`t want people to think that I thought that the other types of foods served were Italian when I would know that they weren`t...Thanks for your help.

Serve what you want. If you want to distinguish between Italian and others, maybe put a little flag of Italy with the decorations and Italian food. With American food do an American flag and so forth.
Just a thought. Hope it helps.

Thanks Sissy!! I was coming back to this board just to let everyone know that I solved the prob on my own...it`s so simple I don`t know why I didn`t think it of it before. Instead of just Italian,I could do a European theme and include food items from different countries in Europe.Out of all those, everyone has to like something that is served.(if they don`t,oh,well, they`re getting a free meal out of it,ha ha )I had thought of the different flags also so,I think that is a good idea. Thanks for your help though!
