Weddings Under 3000

I am planning a semi small wedding of 40- 50 people I dont have a lot to spend I already have my dress and shoes which i bought direct and saved so so much on but now i am trying to find reception halls and ceremonies qithout breaking my budget anyone know anything i could do i live in upstate ny
