13th Party

Ok i am turning 13 this year and i cinda know what to do but im in need of a bit of help. I want to have like a teen club type thing but im afraid its going to be really lame, because i want to invite boys, but then again its really weird asking boys to come to a girls party... We will have black lights and streemers and i might ask my friends brother to come over and bring a friend of his but i feel to chicken to ask him... My partys not till dec. But i want a lot of time to get it right and get a lot of ideas, im becoming a teenager, this party is a big deal... Help me!
