Barney Impersonator

I need a Barney Impersonator for my little sisters 3rd birthday party. We have been looking everywhere and really want to make this birthday special for her. She was diagnosed with brain cancer last year and ever since, we have been getting bad news. We were told there was nothing more they can do for her because of the rare form she has. She absolutely loves Barney and I know she will love having him at her birthday.
