What Are The Requirments To Be A Dama?

Ummm.. Well, the only reason I posted this is because I am wondering is there requirements to be a Dama? My friend recently asked me to be her Dama and I agreed to do it. But, I am wondering if there are requirements or is it up to the person having the Quince? She also asked me to find a Chambelan... Well, That I will figure out myself. Unless there are requirements too. Help?
