Butterfly Theme

Hello... In not supprised that a lot of people are doing the butterfly thing. Please send me any ideas anyone has. . My wedding is Feb 04. Excited but tight on budget. Im having live butterfly release too. You can order them by flight patterns...so they dont wind up landing on your guests. I made magnets for my engagement party... Used clear soda bottles, cut the plastic into large squares, drew butterfly pattern on a piece of paper and taped plastic onto it.. Plastic curles when not in bottle form. Put round side up. And make sure you have a heafty piece of cardboard to tape it to as well or directly to a table. Trace butterfly pattern on plastic with gold or silver glitter bubble paint and along the designs inside the wings. Connect all the lines to each other, after it dries, fill in the different sections of the design in the wings with different colors of stained glass paints from craft store, after it dries, cut along outer edge of butterfly, make a crease in the middle, it becomes 3 dementional from the roundness of the plastic, then glue small piece of magnet strip to the underside of the body of the butterfly. Beautiful and were a big hit. Not no mention, practically free if you drink a lot of soda in clear bottles. (2 liters)
