My 13 Birthday And Does Not Know What O Do..???

Hey im having a 13th birthday on sept.10 which is on a friday i want to have my birthday on saturday or sunday but there is 1 problem. I do not know what to do.? can some1 plz help mii..?? and with the party i want it to be inexpensive.! PLEASE REPLY TO MY MESSAGE I NEED HELP BADLY.!!
