A Fun Birthday Party

Im 17 and will be 18 in december. I want to have a fun birthday party with about 10 or more friends. I was thinking of going to a hotel room for one night to hang out and watch movies. I dont know how to go about it, seeing if hotels would let me and how much it would cost. Please e-mail me and help me figure it out..Thank u
