For Sale ***Eve Of Milady 4117 EM003***
For those of you who have posted messages about the Eve of Milady 4117 wedding gown, I thought you might be interested.....
My mother has ordered this dress for me, for my late summer 2004 wedding. It is the most beautiful dress that I`ve ever seen, I can`t wait to wear it! I don`t know if any of you are interested, but if you wedding is in October 2004 or later, I plan to sell the dress after my wedding.
It will have been worn once, but it is ordered brand new, a size 10 (I do not need to alter it since the size 10 in the store fit perfectly - but I didn`t want to buy the sample because it had been tried on a few times and wasn`t in perfect condition).
I am usually a size 6-8, 135lbs, 5`6"..... I think these dresses run a bit small. My best advice is to try it on in a store to determine what size you would need.
I would not be able to ship the dress until October 2004, but we can discuss options until then.

My wedding is July 3, 2004 so i guess this would not work out for me. Just wnated to know where did you buy the dress and how much was it for. I am trying to compare prices.

Too bad this won`t work for you, I just thought I`d offer.
She bought it in Montreal Canada from a certified retailer, for the equivalent of $3200US.

When is your wedding? Mine is in September, so I would be VERY interested in your dress if you could offer to sell it just a month earlier than October. Are you just giving yourself extra time to have it cleaned?
I think I`m closer to a size 8, but I`ll try it on for size like you suggested. I would need the dress in time to do alterations.
Also, do you know how long Eve of Milady has offered this dress, is it a new style or has it been available in previous years?

Sorry to hear about your terrible experience. I would absolutely love this dress, if only I were a size 4. Does it have room to be `let out` at all?
