Colombian Wedding & Aguardienete Recipe

Hi, I am getting married to a Colombian man in October. Can anyone tell me any Colombian wedding customs or traditions we can include in our ceremony. Also, does anybody know the recipe for Aguardienete, the Colombian wedding drink. Thank you.

This website describes colombian dishes, any of them appropriate for a wedding. Have aquardiente flowing all night. Make sure its nectar. Nectar also is numerated at the bottom of the bottle. The lower the number the stonger. Cumbia is the top priority in music, suggestions woud be older music like pasaporte colombiano. Los Cincuenta de Joselito is a necessary cd to play, and carlos vives. Vallenato is important, as well as salsa(Fruko very oldschool*) Oldschool salsa is very good for the older people. Mix in some merengue as well. Check out hese gruops. Alquimia, Niche, La Makina, Grupo Mania. Have coffe on hand when the conversation portion starts. Have fun and many blessings for your marriage.
