Bridesmaid Issues!!!

Sooo it is Saturday July 10th and my wedding is saturday August 7th... Less than one month away. I am ridiculously stressed out right now because I have 10 bridesmaids 1 maid of honor (who i`d be completely lost without) and 1 flower girl. 2 out of my 10 bridesmaids (which isn`t so bad i guess) are just aggrivating me a little more every day.
First, Bridesmaid #1 has not contributed to this wedding in the least. She has missed every meeting that we`ve had (other than our dress fitting) my soon to be mother in-law paid for my shower so my bridesmaids were only asked to pitch in $30 each for any tools we would need for games and for prizes for the games... Ok, easy, right? nope, not for her heres 10 bucks. Ok fine i understand if you can`t afford it right now or whatever, but keep in mind that she knew she`d have to pitch in this money 2 months before the shower and then she went to disney world and TOLD ME that she spent over $500 there and then she came home and put ANOTHER $500 down for a deposit on an apartment!!! sweet. Thanks dude. Ok whatever, so then it`s almost shower time and she can`t seem to remember if she took that day off or not? so she tells me to put her down as a no. Come to find out she had the day off and STILL did not come to my shower. COOL! WHAT A GREAT FRIEND!!! my shower was june 13th, she has not tried to reach me since.
On to bridesmaid #2... Now everything was alright with her, she came to the meetings pitched in her $30 no problem, so everyone is at the shower were all kind of hanging out and talking and we started to notice she wasn`t there so im like whatever, she`ll be here, why wouldn`t she be??? so we sit down to breakfast and i check my texts to see if she had tried to reach me. She had. "hey Linds, im really sorry i feel terrible but im not going to be able to make it to your shower i have really bad period cramps and my medicine isn`t kicking in! sorry!!!" wow, cool, thanks for that nice text 10 minutes before my shower started! i was obviously hurt and i didn`t say anything back to her, my sister in-law to be texted her and they exchanged a few words, but i wasn`t involved at all... Haven`t heard from her since. Sweet.
So invitations have been out for the wedding and rsvp`s are due in 4 days and neither of them have sent theirs back. I want so badly to tell them (calmly of course) that I don`t want them at my wedding let alone in it! i want only my best and closest of friends to stand up for me they dont deserve to be next to me on my big day, however, I`m just not like that, so how should i go about telling them?!?!? HELP!
