Maribel Please Help

I actually have no idea because that was just an idea I had. When I thought of it I started looking it up on the internet-try that and good luck. It`s usually a machine you can rent that blasts the confetti. About the balloon drop u either hire someone to put it up for you or if it`s small there are packages that they sell at stores but i dunno so sorry i couldnt be of that much help. Good Luck!
