Dresses Nightmare

Ladies, DO NOT buy your bridsmaid dresses from OH LA LA COUTURE at Dufferin & St.Clair in Toronto. It’s been two months after my wedding and I’m still waiting for my bridesmaid dresses.
I had the worst experience with OH LA LA. My bridesmaids ordered three dresses there. They were guaranteed to be delivered on July 31 rd ( my wedding was on August 23 rd). July 31st came and went and not a word from Oh La La. My maid of honor called the store and the owner, Sandra informed her that the dresses will now be delivered until August 7th (A phone call from the store would have been nice). August 7th came and went. Again no call, no dresses. Once again my maid of honor calls and the dresses are not there yet. She was informed that they should be delivered next week. Next week comes. It’s Friday now a week and one day before my wedding and still no dresses. Now I decide to get involved (I live in Ottawa, 2 bridesmaids in Toronto and one in Nova Scotia where one of the dresses was suppose to get shipped to for alterations). I call the sore and Sandra answers. I ask her about the dresses and she informs me that she does not have them and she is not sure when they will come. Her excuse was the power outage that happened the day before. I ask her what she is going to do to solve the problem, she says that it’s not her fault that Purolator does not deliver and that she cannot help me. I tell her that I’m disappointed with the service so she calls me a B*#CH and hangs up the phone. I call back and she tells me that she will teach me a lesson and not give me the dresses. After a few words with her she said that she will call me to let me know when the dress come. Monday comes, still no dresses. Tuesday comes and still no dresses. By now I’m fuming mad. My maid of honor calls Sandra. Sandra made more threads, used more choice words and informed my maid of honor that if we want the dresses we will have to pay cash for the balance. We decided, fine, since we were desperate for dresses. Finally the dresses come on Thursday, two days before the wedding. My maid of honor and one bridesmaid go to pick them up. They try them on and they are huge, anyway they decided to take them. Sandra asks for cash, but my maid of honor asked her to sign a receipt that she maid up saying that the dresses were this much, a deposit was paid of this much and the balance was paid in cash of this much. Sandra refuses to sign the receipt and tells my maid of honor and bridesmaid to get the F**K out of the store. So now, two days before the wedding they had to go and buy new dresses. Lackely they found three dresses almost exactly like the once from Oh LA LA. Now I’m trying to get the deposits back. I’ve authorized a deposit for one of the dresses on my credit card so now visa is trying to get it back. On top of that Sandra, without my authorization charged the balance of all three dresses on my credit card (a month and a half after the wedding) even though she refused to give us the dresses. So now I have to go through my credit card again to get the money back.
So Ladies, as you can see DO NOT buy you dresses from Ooh LA La. She will take your money but will not give you the dresses.
