Need An Officiant In The Northeast Ohio Area

My fiance is in the Army and will be home on leave during the Christmas and New Years holiday. We want to get married on New Years Day. We need to find an officiant willing to do it and cheap (we are on a tight budget which is why we are eloping). We will be willing to travel to them and we don`t really care what time of day it is.
