Finding The Dress Elsewhere

Ugh, I just came from David`s Bridal in Plymouth Meeting, PA, and have found the prefect dress, but now I am wondering if I am being ripped-off after reading the comments on this board. I didn`t buy the dress yet, but I have an appointment in a week to go back! Can anyone tell me where else I can find this dress? It is a new style, halter top, David`s tag said V8046 by St. Tropez, and is $799.99. HELP! or should I just buy it and have it altered elsewhere?
