Horrible Experience With Bounce Across Texas

We used this vendor for one of our school functions. The customer service directly from the owner was absolutely horrible - a horrible experience all around. While the assistant and delivery employee were respectable, the owner was down right rude and ridiculing and not once offered to help us around a problem that was caused by one of his employees. His answer was basically that we were SOL. Although we did not get charged for our inflatable, 250+ kids did not care whether we paid or not - they wanted to jump! For a company who makes their money off of children, they sure let a lot of children down.
