BEWARE OF THE PINK HOUSE FLORIST

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! I had the misfortune of picking this florist for my wedding and despite having made 2 visits to speak with the floral designer Steven and sent Betty the owner emails depicting exactly what I wanted AND calling the week of my wedding to confirm my order, they got EVERYTHING I requested wrong!!! The color of the flowers in my bouquet were wrong, the ribbon on my bouquet and the MOH bouquet was not the color I requested and was told that the "designer" made a call to change it but never thought to call and consult the bride (really!?!), the ribbon on my bouquet was frayed they literally cut a piece of ribbon and tacked it on to cover the seam but didn`t fold the edges to cover the fraying (a kindergartner could have done it better); the style of the arrangement was not what I requested and I even set them pictures of EXACTLY how I wanted it to look and they STILL got it wrong; I asked for purple and white flower pedals and got cream and no purple; I ordered 25ft of flower pedals and barely had 5ft and they didn`t even pull all the pedals I had 5 rose heads in the bag; I requested crystals on the roses in my bouquet and 2 roses didn`t have them, the ones that did have crystals on them still had glue hanging off of them; I can go on and on about how they completely ruined the floral element of my wedding but think this should be enough information to any bride to be or even someone hoping to get a bouquet to a friend or family member to NOT use this florist. Also, I called the day of my wedding and was told there was nothing that could be done to fix the problem b/c the owner was on vacation and despite trying to reach Betty multiple times by phone & email to resolve the situation and she chooses to ignore me...Betty you`re a fool!!! I can only hope that this review will prevent anyone else from wasting their money and ruining their special day with the garbage that they call floral arrangements. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A FLORIST!!! DON`T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM.
