My wedding theme is butterflies and I decided to make hand made chocolates as a favor. I ordered the mold, coloring, and white chocolate rounds to use for the melting. Their prices are great, the shipping was fast, but the order was incorrect. I received Milk chocolate rounds instead. When I contacted them using their Live Help chat option it got even worse. I was told that whomever I was speaking with had packed my oper personally and that there were white ones in the box. I typed all the ISBN and other markings, and they still told me that I was wrong. On leaving a direct email with Cust. Service, trying to explain what had happened and that I don`t appreciate being accussed of lying over $2.79. I was given a prompt full refund which was over the top and not ever requested. All I wanted was what I ordered and to send them back the mistaken item.
I received another email telling me that it`s only $13, get over it, they don`t need a story.
Can you belive how rude? Following is a copy of the chat conversation between them and I. Let me know if you think I said or did anything wrong to be treated like this from a company I am helping to stay in business with my order.
If you must order from them, pick it up in person or use your search engine to find someone else.
