House Of Brides - Email Address Of Their Management??

G`Day,
I live in Australia and am having a HORRIFIC experience trying to obtain my bridesmaid dresses from House of Brides. I need help if anyone has the direct email address of anyone in management there??

I ordered them in March, paid an extra $120 for a rush service which their site said would have them delivered by 6-8 weeks (I even checked their `calculate delivery for this item` button and it gave me same). They were due end of May latest. They have now said that delivery to their shop will be in "Mid June"... I finally got this out of them after sending an enquiry. They cannot give a date and their response indicates that they have allowed 16 weeks total till delivery. Quite different to the 6-8 I paid for!

I quote from the rude online support person named Debbie... "Things are done in approximates, estimates, not definite....."

That sums up their service!!

I have asked for a refund or confirmation that the dresses will arrive in time for my wedding and nobody is responding. I bought extras too like peticoat, garter, stockings and shawls for all the girls. Totally useless to me if they are not here in time for my early July wedding. I have sent so many emails and nobody is responding.

So if anyone has a direct email of anyone in management there, I would be most appreciative.
