Winter Wonderland Theme

I am having a January 2004 wedding and looking for any and all ideas! Both of my grandparents passed suddenly and it devasted my family. This is the first major event that we tried to have since the deaths and I really want it to a special night to remember. I want people to talk about my wedding for a long time to come. Please help!
