Conchetta held a contest March 1,2010 giving away her planning and day of service. I won the grand prize. When we set the first appointment she was unavailable. I was unable to reach her for a week and a half. She is unreliable.One month later we had a second appointment scheduled. And did not hear from her. I decided to let her go.
