I Need To Find A Venue For My Sweet 16

I am having a sweet 16 in like 7 months and i am having trouble finding a place, my parents dont want to go over 5k for the party, but onli want to spend 1k for the place, and wants the place to do everything, like decorations, catering and dj. I live in florida and would like to find a place near kissimmee florida or in orlando.
