Reception Hall

I need to find an affordable hall. I am looking for a do it your self place. I only need the hall, tables and chairs we plan to do the rest. I need the hall for 50-75 guest and that they allow you to bring your own beer /alcohol. Our wedding is 9-18-10 in West Palm Beach, Fl If anyone has info that can be helpful it would be greatly appreciated.
