NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

My name is Nancy Stokely I have been with my boyfriend for 8 years, We were supposed to get married in 2007 in November but I had gotten hit by a car walking and broke my leg in to places and tore my acl, then after that in October I found out I was pregnant with my son, we have struggled ever since the accident, I have been on my own since I was 15 and me and my boyfriend have been together since then we moved alot, I went on to a technical school to be a MA and finished went through a couple of bad jobs then finally was hired at Texas Children`s in Febuary 2,08 I have been there almost a year my boyfriend lost his good paying job and now he is working part time, We can really afford babysitting so I work full time Monday thru Friday and he works Thursday and thru Sunday so he watch the back Mon-Wed, My mom watches him Thurs. And his mom watches him Friday. Money is really tight but we really would like to get married not just for us but for my son to. I was able to buy a wedding dress but unable to get anything else yet. So if you could please help.
