WEDDING PLANNER DOING A VERY BADD JOB HELP !!

Did you sign a contract? If so, check into it and see if it enscribes anything she may be obiding by. If so, demand your money back and find someone who IS willing to help you out. My best friend went through the same thing!!!

Check the cancellation clause in the contract if you signed one. Hopefully you didn`t and you can get out without losing any money. If you are stuck with him/her I`d give them some specific things you want to work on - with a list of how much you can/want to spend. Do everything in writing so you have proof of what you asked for -- then if he/she doesn`t follow through you have reason to terminate your contract. In the end you would take this person to binding arbitration - not court - and you would have documentation of how he/she didn`t do what was asked of them.
