We are liquidating our party store in Southern California. The store is approximately 2 years old. Due to personal circumstances we have decided to liquidate the entire inventory. The vast majority of all the inventory is fresh - some ordered just a month ago. This includes an entire balloon room filled with mylars and Qualatex, baking supplies, luau, catering supplies, and much much more.

As determined from our database and physical records, the inventory has:
1) A retail value of approximately $190K
2) A wholesale cost of approximately $75K
