Kevin, no offense but I`ve been to several weddings lately and the B&G did this and the guests did NOT like it. Many people got up and left and some others even fell asleep. Personally, I didn`t care for it either -- they did the slide show during dinner and people were trying to eat.

That`s just my opinion...not that I`m right...it`s just my opinion.

Typically $70-$150 is the realistic price point. It all depends on the number of photos you want to include. Details at our website: http://www.shoeboxmemories.net/

Second response...
No offense taken. It may not be something that everyone wants to have -- just like not everyone wants to have a big church wedding. Most of the people I`ve encountered thought very highly of these slide shows. I`m certain they aren`t everyone`s cup of tea. Perhaps the slide show you saw was too long, or maybe the music was bad. There could be many reasons why it didn`t go over well.

I can tell you, however, that many of our customers say they saw a similar slide show done at a friend`s wedding and they liked it. My advice on planning a wedding is to do what you want to do, and what feels right to you. It`s your big day, afterall...

One other point I wanted to add...

I`ve talked with many B&G`s who wanted to share the slide show in various ways as well... Here are the one`s I`ve heard of/seen thus far:

Show the slide show....
-- During/Before/After the Rehearsal Dinner

-- During/Before the Reception

-- Set up the slide show in a corner on a TV to play in a continuous loop during the reception so guests can view at their leisure

-- Set up the slide show on a TV to play right next to the guest book or the table with the place cards
