Try eBay. They have a eBay Store called eFavor Mart. They carry a lot of the small plastic champagne glasses - very inexpensive.

I don`t know if these stores are all over the country but I do know that 50/50 Factory Outlet carries them. Also, I`ve seen them at Party Factory Outlet and Party City. These stores are all in the midwest. If you are unable to locate one in your area please contact me and I can get you phone numbers to these places and I`m sure they would ship them to you.
