Cinderella Centerpieces

Please help me I need help, I am giving my daugther her sweet 16 party and looking for Cinderella Centerpieces either you make them or tell me how to make them. I prefer to use the Cinderella doll with her gown and flowers around her, but where can i buy the doll for a cheap price. I am going to need like 10 centerpieces. I am looking everywhere on the website but nothing has caught my eye. Please Please help a desparate mom.
