21st Birthday Party

Hey im having my 21st birthday party in august and i`m a very big fan of the color pink and i guess you can call me a big girly girl because thats what i am and proud of it im just wondering how can i make my birthday a big hit that people would say it was the party of the century without paying a fortune?
