Wacky Party Dinner Game

I noticed on here that several people have asked about the Wacky Party Dinner Game and was wondering if anyone had received the instructions to play it. I have heard of this game and have been trying unsuccessfully for quite some time to find someone who knows about it, any help would be greatly appreciated!
