My Son Is Turning 14 What Do I Do?

We are African American, and my son is turning 14. He wants to have a party but I don`t want it to be the lamest party ever. He is into hip-hop but we are Christian. I want him to have fun without crossing the line. I want his guests to be excited when they leave and want to know when we are throwing the next party. Any ideas.
