Beach Wedding

I am also looking to have a laid back beach wedding with a clambake..we are going to have like 200 guests though and most beach houses that ive inquired dont let you do weddings because of insurance reasons. I have looked everywhere and it all is to fancy or wont accomodate what i want. I would perfer to stay in ct but if need be i would go to rhode island or mass
