Sweet 16 On About $50

Hi, my sweet 16 is in Jan. Of 2011, I have a few theme ideas but I am not sure what to do, I have about $50 for the whole thing (my family is not that big on birthdays). I like the themes Winter wonderland, SWEET 16/candy shop, chocolate factory, Mystery, Camp-out, A decade them (20`s, 60`s, 50`s, 70`s ect.), Hollywood/red carpet/movie, Costume. I don`t want it huge, I am having about 35 people.
