David`sBridal has the most inept help ever! The consultant forgot to check on dresses that she told me to order this month and now they are unavailable. What makes this worse is she let us spend an hour trying them all on--and she never checked to see if they were available--then had absolutely no suggestions for alternatives. So, we went to Alfred Angelo where we ordered over $1000 worth of wedding items. David`s is becoming like a giant--don`t take care of your customer and you will fall very hard. They don`t even publish a customer service number--should tellyou something right there.
