So if the person wearing it is 0-2 it should fit? does it look like there is any give in the seams for letting out?

Would you be willing to ship it to South Florida and how much if so?

It should probably fit someone who is a 0-2 very well. There isn`t any room to let out but the only place that it`s firm fitting is in the chest area. The rest if free flowing. I`m hoping to recover my cost because I`m still looking for the same dress in a size 6 now. But I`m willing to work with you because I`d like to get something for it.
