Colombian Party Favors

We are planning a party for my cousin`s 70th birthday. She is Colombian by birth, and we are trying to keep that theme for the party. Someone has mentioned party favors that get attached to your clothing .. We can`t find a clear description of what that is. If anyone knows about this .... Or any other traditional party favor, it would be appreciated. Thanks
